Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to purchases of Eva2z GPS devices, installation services, subscriptions, and all related digital services.


1. Device Purchase Refund Policy

Eva2z provides high-quality GPS devices and services. Once a device is purchased:

  • Device cost is non-refundable after installation

  • If the customer cancels before installation, only the device cost may be refunded

  • Installation charges are strictly non-refundable

Refunds will only be approved if:

  • The device is unused

  • The packaging is intact

  • Cancellation request is raised within 7 days of purchase


2. Booking / Pre-Booking Amount

If the customer pre-books a device:

  • Booking amount is 100% non-refundable

  • Remaining payment must be made at the time of installation

  • If installation is delayed by the customer beyond 15 days, current selling price will apply


3. Subscription & Renewal Refunds

Eva2z subscription fees cover SIM usage, platform access, real-time tracking, and alert services.

  • Subscription charges are non-refundable once activated

  • If a customer renews by mistake, refunds will not be issued

  • If the user cancels the service mid-term, no partial refund is provided

  • If Eva2z discontinues a service, pro-rata refund will be issued for the remaining unused duration (only with valid payment receipt)


4. SIM Replacement & Service Reactivation Fees

If the subscription expires for more than 3 months, reactivation requires:

  • SIM replacement charges

  • Logistics/handling fees (if applicable)

  • These charges are non-refundable


5. Device Replacement Policy (Warranty)

Eva2z provides a 1-year replacement warranty for manufacturing defects.

Replacement is NOT applicable if:

  • Device is physically damaged

  • Tampered or opened

  • Water-damaged

  • Improper installation by an unauthorized technician

  • Wrong wiring or intentional misuse

Warranty covers replacement of the device only, not refund.


6. Service Cancellation by Customer

Customers may cancel their account anytime.
However:

  • No refunds for already used months or active service

  • No refunds for partially used billing cycles

  • Data may be retained for compliance purposes


7. Service Cancellation by Eva2z

Eva2z may suspend or terminate service if:

  • Device misuse or tampering

  • Non-renewal of subscription

  • Violation of Terms & Conditions

  • Fraudulent activity

If Eva2z stops providing a service permanently:

  • Customers will receive pro-rata refund for any prepaid amount


8. Refund Processing Timeline

Approved refunds will be processed within:

  • 7–14 business days

  • Refunds will be sent via the original payment method

Customer must provide:

  • Valid payment receipt

  • Proof of purchase

  • Bank/UPI details (if required)
