This Shipping & Installation Policy explains how Eva2z handles delivery, dispatch, installation, and post-installation support for all GPS devices and related products.


1. Shipping & Delivery Timeline

Eva2z processes all orders within:

  • 1–3 business days (for ready stock)

  • 3–7 business days (for bulk or dealer orders)

Delivery timelines depend on:

  • Customer location

  • Courier service availability

  • Installation partner availability

Delays caused by courier companies, weather, strikes, or unforeseen events are beyond Eva2z’s control.


2. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges may vary based on:

  • Customer’s location

  • Order type (single device or bulk order)

  • Express shipping request

Shipping fees (if applicable) will be displayed at checkout or communicated during order confirmation.


3. Order Tracking

Once the device is dispatched:

  • Customers will receive a tracking link via SMS or email

  • Tracking updates depend on courier service scans

Eva2z is not responsible for delays in tracking visibility.


4. Delivery Inspection

Customers must inspect the package upon delivery.

Please check:

  • Packaging is intact

  • Device is not physically damaged

  • Accessories (if applicable) are included

If any issue is found, report it within 48 hours of delivery to claim replacement under warranty.


5. Installation Policy

Eva2z provides installation options through:

  • Authorized installation partners

  • Eva2z-certified technicians

  • Customer-selected local technicians (customer’s own responsibility)

What Eva2z Covers

  • Device setup

  • Connection verification

  • App onboarding

What Eva2z Does NOT Cover

  • Vehicle wiring repairs

  • Battery or electrical faults

  • Additional hardware required by third-party vehicles

Improper installation by third-party technicians voids warranty.


6. Installation Scheduling

Once the device is delivered:

  • Our team will schedule installation within 2–5 working days

  • Availability depends on city/region

  • For remote areas, scheduling may take longer

Customers must cooperate by ensuring:

  • Vehicle availability

  • Access to the parking area

  • Power access if required


7. On-Site Installation Charges

Installation may be:

  • Free (depending on offer or package), or

  • Chargeable

Charges will be communicated before installation.

If the technician visits and the customer cancels or vehicle is unavailable, a revisit fee may apply.


8. Self / Third-Party Installation

Customers may choose their own technician.

If choosing this option:

  • Eva2z is not responsible for wiring issues or installation errors

  • Any damage caused is not covered under warranty

  • Customer bears all charges and responsibility


9. Failed Delivery / Missed Installation

Delivery may fail due to:

  • Incorrect address

  • Unreachable phone number

  • Customer unavailability

In such cases:

  • Courier may attempt re-delivery

  • Customer may need to pick up from the nearest hub

  • Re-delivery charges may apply

For installation:

  • Missed appointment may require rescheduling with possible additional charges


10. International Shipping

Eva2z currently ships devices within India only.
For international bulk orders, customers must contact the sales team directly.
